The Location
Nestled in the heart of the Caribbean, Belize is the only English-speaking country in Central America, known for its stunning natural beauty and rich cultural heritage. Ambergris Caye, Belize’s largest island, is a tropical paradise just a short 15-minute flight from the mainland.
Located off the tip of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, Ambergris Caye is famed for its proximity to the world’s second-largest barrier reef, making it a haven for divers and nature enthusiasts. The island’s vibrant town of San Pedro serves as its cultural and economic hub, offering a unique blend of local charm and modern amenities, all while retaining the relaxed, laid-back atmosphere that attracts visitors from around the globe.
